Hey guys!

Well first of all I'm really excited as my poem, 'the wave' has been awarded the 'highly commended' status in the Chris Salmon poetry competition on the Wirral. I'm doubly pleased as this was the first poem that I'd written *properly*, as a pose to just chucking a couple of metaphors together during an English lesson. I'll probably submit it tonight. The theme of the competition was water by the way.

Anyway, I've decided that I'm going to stop saying that I will post things and then not doIng so. The reason is that, frankly, I'm just lazy :/ but seriously, by next weekend i will have at least posted SOMETHING. I'll have sometime this weekend, but notuch as it's my birthday on Saturday!!! ^.^ we're going on ANOTHER photoshoot on Sunday, but I'll definitely have a bit of time left over
